Last updated: October 2026 • Callflow Cloud Technologies Inc.
Callflow ("we", "us", "our") provides carrier-grade cloud telephony, CRM databases, multi-pipeline dialers, and conversational intelligence. This policy outlines how we handle data collected through callflow.com and our application portals.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & Workspace Information — Name, business email, corporate phone number, company identity, and billing references.
- Telephony CDR & Audio Transcripts — Call Detail Records (timestamp, duration, caller ID, destination, carrier disposition), and dual-channel audio recordings encrypted using AES-256.
- Customer CRM Records — Contacts, accounts, custom fields, pipeline deal values, and notes imported or created by your workspace members.
- Technical Telemetry — WebRTC packet jitter, round-trip audio latency, browser version, and IP addresses used for carrier routing optimization.
2. How We Use & Protect Your Data
- To route phone calls, trigger campaign dialers, and synchronize CRM pipelines.
- To provide AI speech-to-text transcriptions and automated sentiment tagging.
- To enforce security policies, detect fraudulent calling patterns, and comply with telecommunications regulations.
- We never sell, rent, or monetize your customer dossiers, contact lists, or audio recordings.
3. Security & Data Residency
All customer data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 bit keys. Enterprise plans can elect Bring-Your-Own-Storage (BYOS) to archive call recordings directly to private AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Blob accounts.
